Woolworths supermarkets are one of Australia’s biggest employees. Over 120,000 team members serve in 1,000+ stores. And every year, 600,000 candidates apply for jobs. Many also happen to be customers. So when we were asked to redesign the recruitment experience, it was a job we took seriously.
